Director
David Palamara
Dave has an absolute passion to assist small and medium sized businesses by getting their finance department (or just bookkeeper) delivering key information that will ensure they have a thriving business.
He is a qualified CPA with substantial experience in industry management. After over 10 years in public accounting and chartered firms, he worked as a senior finance manager in industries ranging through warehouse and distribution, hi tech manufacturing and construction industry fabrication. This has supplied him with a wealth of knowledge in highly competitive and changing industries.
Over the majority of his 30 year career, he has successfully improved processes and procedures, introduced new software, initiated services to capture opportunities from a growing market segment, restructured departments, identified new opportunities and capitalised on them. In a short amount of time, he is quickly able to gain the respect of all involved in championing changes and assist in navigating the agreed goals.
Bookkeepers
We have a pool of local Australian based qualified bookkeepers proficient in all reputable accounting software. They are extremely knowledgeable in bookkeeping principles, efficient data entry skills, communicate well, an absolute attention to detail and great at organising records. They also prepare relevant payroll (STP and Superannuation), BAS and IAS for lodgement with the ATO.
Management Accountants
Our local qualified accountants are highly skilled professionals who oversee our team of bookkeepers. They are experienced in forecasting and budgeting, a strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, can prepare and explain complex reports with an excellent attention to detail.
Virtual CFOs
Our Virtual CFOs develop a close relationship with you to fully understand your goals. Then, work together with you to achieve those goals.
